Athlete of the Week - February 27, 2012

Erika LaWall of the lacrosse team is the Hollins Student-Athlete of the Week.  This past week Hollins opened their 2012 season with a home game against Roanoke College, picked third in the ODAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Poll.  LaWall, a senior captain from Cary, NC, is leading a young team looking to build on last season.  The midfielder led the way for Hollins by causing three turnovers, picking up a game high four ground balls and securing a draw control.  Hollins fell tot he Maroons but are looking to rebound with three matches in the upcoming week.
