Results

Friday night marked the final road meet of the season for the Hollins swim team.  Hollins headed to North Carolina to face ODAC foe Guilford College and Greensboro College in a tri-meet.  Hollins bested the Quakers 57-29 but fell by just three points to the Pride, 46-49.

Hollins won three events including the 200 Freestyle Relay.  Sage Otto (Hampton, VA), Kara Berman (Chapel Hill, NC), Ashley Gao (Pearland, TX), and Audrey James (Fremont, CA) teamed to win the relay in the meet finale.  Maggie Dwyer (Norwich, VT) won the 200 Freestyle and the 500 Freestyle while picking up second place points in the 100 Butterfly.  Meg O'Brien (Chattanooga, TN) finished second to Dwyer in the 200 Freestyle and placed second in the 200 Individual Medley.  James also picked up runner up finishes in the 50 Freestyle and the 100 Freestyle.

Hollins will wrap up their regular season when they host Emory & Henry and College of Notre Dame in a tri-meet on Saturday.  The event, in the Hollins pool, will get an 11:00am start.
