On a sunny Tuesday afternoon, Hollins hosted cross-town rival Roanoke College in a pivotal ODAC match.  Hollins came in with a 3-2 conference mark, one game behind the Maroons in the ODAC standings.  Roanoke took the #1 doubles match but Hollins picked up wins at #2 and #3 on their way to building a 2-1 lead.  Hollins took four of the six singles matches, including wins at #1 and #2 en route to a 6-3 victory.  Hollins and Roanoke are now tied with identical 4-2 conference marks.  Hollins will make the long trip to the beach to face Virginia Wesleyan on Saturday as they look to run their ODAC win streak to four in a row.
