Pre-Vet Program of Study at Hollins

Seniors Amanda Gray, Sarah Jarosinski, and Erin Struble talk about the small classes, one-on-one attention from faculty, and extensive research opportunities that are the hallmarks of the pre-veterinary program of study at Hollins. All three students have been accepted at prestigious vet schools for the fall of 2012.

Julie and Julia and Me: French Cooking for Everyone

During Hollins’ January 2012 Short Term, Professor of Art Kathleen Nolan and a group of students spent the month studying, discussing, and preparing French cuisine, and exploring the impact Julia Child had on American food culture.
