Hollins University accepts several options that provide for credit toward a degree for incoming first-year students. First-time, first-year students may bring in a maximum of 64 total credits from Advanced Placement (AP) exams, International Baccalaureate (IB) exams, College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams, A-level exams, and dual enrollment coursework completed during secondary school. These credits may be applied to any commensurate requirements for degree completion at Hollins.
To have your exam scores evaluated for credit, please send official copies of your score reports directly to the Hollins University Office of Admission. To have your dual enrollment credits evaluated, e-mail an unofficial transcript to huadm@hollins.edu. An official transcript(s) will be required at matriculation to verify credits.
