To request a video, complete the following information. Please provide as much advance notice for your video project as possible so that we can dedicate adequate time to each project. Typically, four to six weeks is adequate time depending on the scope and complexity – including expected time length – of the project.
Guidance for the Process of Video Production:
- Please remember any work from the marketing and communications office represents the university and must meet our quality and design standards.
- We want to make a video that aligns with your vision, so provide as much information as you can.
- When a draft of the video is ready, we will share it with you for your review. To ensure each video project receives the same quality attention, be sure to consult with any colleagues involved before sharing your preferred edits and submit them all in one email.
- Once approved, you will be sent a link to the video file, and the video will be posted to the appropriate sites.
